Wiki Article Ranking System
At the bottom of every InvestorKit Help Centre article, you’ll see a quick feedback tool. It’s a simple way for you to let us know whether the article answered your question or hit the mark.
This feedback helps us keep content accurate, useful, and easy to follow — and it's one of the best ways you can help us improve the Help Centre for everyone.
Why your feedback matters
As InvestorKit grows, our systems and processes evolve and so should the information we rely on. The ranking system gives us insight into how helpful each article really is.
Your vote lets us know if we’ve nailed it, or if something needs to be reworded, updated, or expanded. The more you use it, the better the Help Centre becomes over time.
How to rank an article
At the bottom of each article, you’ll see three emoji buttons:
- 😞 Dislike – The article wasn’t helpful or didn’t answer your question
- 😐 Neutral – The article was okay but could use improvement
- 🤩 Like – The article was clear, useful, and gave you what you needed
You can cast one vote per article, quick and easy.
What we do with your vote
Votes are reviewed regularly by the Operations team. Articles that get consistent neutral or negative feedback are flagged for revision. We’ll work with the right team to rewrite or improve the content and keep it up to date.
Thanks for helping us improve
We’re always aiming to make the Help Centre better. Your feedback even when it’s a quick emoji tap plays a big part in that. If you ever want to go further, you can always use the “Help us improve this article” form to suggest edits or flag missing content.
Thanks for helping us build a better knowledge base, one article at a time.
