Process Overview
The IT onboarding process begins three days before a new starter's joining date and involves multiple stakeholders working together to provide necessary equipment and access.

- IT Help Desk - Provides technical support and documentation

- Equipment requirements assessment
Equipment Allocation
At InvestorKit, we’re pleased to support flexible Work From Anywhere (WFA) arrangements. To help you create a productive and secure remote work environment, employees can access a one-time allowance of up to $250 for necessary WFA or IT equipment. To claim the allowance, please submit your receipts through Xero for approval and reimbursement. We kindly ask that all purchases align with company standards to ensure they best support your work.
Device Setup Process
Required Steps
- The default setup using the format: (LastName)InvestorKit2153!!
- Username configuration using company email format
- Device enrolment through Splashtop
- Mandatory IT onboarding session booking
