HOW TO GET STARTED π
You are currently on the sub collection page of your HelpKit knowledge base. You don't have to connect this page with HelpKit. The only page you have to connect with HelpKit is your root page (where all your main collections are listed) during your onboarding.
The Sub Collections Tables below stores all of your knowledge base articles. The idea is that you use these to visually separate your help articles into separate sub collections so that your customers can easily find the article they are looking for.
Feel free to override the preexisting sub collection title as well as the article title and descriptions with your own content.
β Adding a new article:
- Click on the
+ Newbutton and fill out the required fields
- Start writing your article

- Use drag and drop to move your articles to your desired position

- Hover with your mouse over the any table on a collection page
- Click on the settings button

In order to serve your customers the fastest knowledge base on earth π we cache most of the data. This means that you have to press the π Sync now button in your admin dashboard whenever you change the structure of your knowledge base i.e collection/article title and description, article properties such as published or the article itself.
You can also resync each article individually to quickly get an update published.

How to Enroll Team Members in Learning Courses

This guide will walk you through the process of enrolling team members into learning courses within our Rippling LMS system.

1. Access the Rippling Learning Management System
Log in to your account to access the course management dashboard.
2. Select the Course
Navigate to the course catalog and choose the specific course you want to assign to team members.
3. Choose Team Members
Click on "Enroll Participants" and select the team members you wish to add to the course.
4. Set Enrollment Parameters
Specify the enrollment period, due dates, and any other relevant course parameters.
5. Send Notifications
Confirm the enrollment and an automated email is sent to enrolled team members.
Important Notes
- Team members will receive an email confirmation with login credentials and course access instructions
- Course progress can be tracked through the dashboard
- Enrollment can be done individually or in bulk for multiple team members
