How to Enroll Team Members in Learning Courses

This guide will walk you through the process of enrolling team members into learning courses within our Rippling LMS system.

1. Access the Rippling Learning Management System
Log in to your account to access the course management dashboard.
2. Select the Course
Navigate to the course catalog and choose the specific course you want to assign to team members.
3. Choose Team Members
Click on "Enroll Participants" and select the team members you wish to add to the course.
4. Set Enrollment Parameters
Specify the enrollment period, due dates, and any other relevant course parameters.
5. Send Notifications
Confirm the enrollment and an automated email is sent to enrolled team members.
Important Notes
- Team members will receive an email confirmation with login credentials and course access instructions
- Course progress can be tracked through the dashboard
- Enrollment can be done individually or in bulk for multiple team members
