To ensure your issue is handled efficiently, please follow the process below.
IT Support Process
1. Check the IT Section in the Wiki
Before reaching out, start by reviewing the IT section in the Company Wiki.
Many common questions and troubleshooting steps are documented there.
2. Email the IT Support Team
If the Wiki does not resolve your issue, submit a support request by emailing:

For faster triage, please:
- Clearly describe the issue
- Include screenshots where helpful
- Add “URGENT!” as a suffix in the subject line if the issue is time-sensitive or blocking your work
3. For Urgent or Business-Critical Issues
If you are experiencing an issue that is urgent or business-critical (such as systems down, loss of critical access, or significant operational impact), call the emergency hotline:
