Huntress Security Awareness Program

Overview

InvestorKit has partnered with Huntress to deliver our new Security Awareness Program. This initiative is designed to help every team member build practical cybersecurity skills, reduce risks, and create a stronger security culture across the company.

The program includes:

  • Monthly interactive training modules (short, engaging lessons).
  • Essential cybersecurity topics such as phishing, passwords, data protection, and safe browsing.
  • Simulated phishing campaigns to put learning into practice.
  • Monthly reporting for managers to track participation and identify where extra support is needed.

Training Modules

  • Delivered by email each month.
  • Sender: notifications@alerts.mycurricula.com
  • Program name: Huntress Security Awareness Program (not spam — these emails are legitimate)
  • Each module takes 5–10 minutes to complete.
  • Completion is expected within the designated timeframe (usually two weeks from release).

Topics Covered

Modules will focus on real-world skills, including:

  • Spotting phishing emails and scams.
  • Creating and managing strong passwords.
  • Protecting sensitive company and client data.
  • Practising safe browsing and device security.

Simulated Campaigns

To reinforce learning, Huntress will occasionally send mock phishing emails.

  • If you identify them correctly, great work!
  • If you click a simulated phishing link, you’ll be redirected to short additional training to strengthen your skills.

Reporting

Managers receive monthly reports summarising:

  • Completion rates for their teams.
  • Simulation results (e.g., phishing test performance).
  • Staff members needing extra support.

These reports help us keep awareness levels consistent across the business.
