VideoAsk is an interactive, video-first communication tool that allows you to create personalised, asynchronous conversations. It’s ideal for building connection at scale while collecting valuable input or responses - all without needing real-time interaction.
What Is VideoAsk?
VideoAsk is a web-based platform (also available on iOS and Android) that lets you:
- Create interactive video forms
- Qualify leads or onboard prospects
- Collect testimonials and feedback
- Run recruitment and hiring flows
- Add a personal touch to surveys or data collection
Each interaction can be built around a pre-recorded video message with follow-up questions, answer formats (text, video, audio, or multiple choice), and branching logic.

How to Create a VideoAsk
- Log into the dashboard.
- Click “Create a new VideoAsk”.
- Record or upload your video question.
- Choose your response type (video, audio, text, multiple choice).
- Set logic jumps or follow-up paths if needed.
- Customise branding and message settings.
- Share the link or embed it where needed (email, portal, website, etc.).
Best Practices
- Keep videos short and clear – aim for under 60 seconds per message.
- Use a script if you’re new to video to stay focused and confident.
- Add subtitles for accessibility and clarity.
- Test your flow before sharing publicly.
- Use branching logic to personalise the journey based on user responses.
