This SOP details the process for connecting VideoAsk to the Attio Recruitment Tracker to automate applicant data entry. Purpose
This SOP outlines the process of connecting VideoAsk to Attio Recruitment to automate the population of recruitment applicants into the Attio recruitment tracker.
Procedure
Go to the VideoAsk project settings.
Navigate to "Connect Other Apps" within VideoAsk.
Click on "Webhooks" option.
In the webhook settings, paste the following URL for "On Response Received" event:
https://automate.yournet.space/webhook/investorkit/videoask/careers
Save the webhook settings.
Important Notes
- Ensure that the VideoAsk project is located in the recruitment folder.
- The title of the VideoAsk project will be used as the job title in Attio.
- After setup, all recruitment applicants will automatically populate in the Attio recruitment tracker at: Attio Recruitment Tracker
Verification
After setting up the webhook, submit a test response in VideoAsk and verify that it appears in the Attio recruitment tracker.
Troubleshooting
If applicants are not appearing in Attio:
- Double-check the webhook URL for any typos.
- Ensure the VideoAsk project is in the correct folder.
- Verify that the VideoAsk project title accurately reflects the desired job title in Attio.
