- Higher budget ensures better quality stock requiring minimal work
Residential Properties (Non-SMSF)
For residential properties, the minimum purchase price is $500,000. Important considerations:
- Properties at this price point may require some maintenance
- Wait times might be longer depending on market conditions
Commercial Properties
For commercial properties:
- Minimum purchase price: $1.5M+
- Required cash/deposit: approximately $500,000
