Common Issues When Sending Agreements
If you're experiencing problems sending agreements, here are the most common issues and their solutions:
1. Attio Not Recording Agreement Information
If you notice that Attio is not properly recording or displaying the information set out in the agreement:
- Contact our help desk immediately at helpdesk@
- Include details about the specific agreement and what information is missing
2. Information Not Showing in New Agreement Creation
When the agreement creation process isn't displaying the information you've inserted:
- First try using the 'custom' agreement creation tab as an alternative method
- If the issue persists after trying the custom tab, email helpdesk@
If you experience any other issues not listed above, please contact the help desk for assistance. Remember: any agreements that have been created in error should have their status set to ‘cancelled’
