Process for Amending Buyers Agency Agreement Clauses

If a client requests amendments to legal clauses in our Buyers Agency Agreement, follow this escalation process:

  1. Initial Contact: Send an email to operations@investorkit.com for link attention, detailing the requested amendments and including the description of original clauses
  1. Primary Review: Based on urgency of the review please notify link (via message) for review, response, and amendment processing of the agreement. Note: urgency is typically when it is very close to EOM.
  1. Escalation Process: If further escalation is required, Tia will consult with Arjun for final approval.
