InvestorKit is a Buyer's Agency that’s been operating since 2018, specialising in strategic, data-driven property acquisitions.

We help investors secure both residential and commercial properties, but we don’t just buy any property—we focus on strategic-led acquisitions, meaning we research, forecast, and select markets before they take off.

Over the years, we’ve helped clients buy over 1,500 properties, totalling over $1 billion in transactions, by identifying high-growth locations ahead of the market.

We’re not just a buyer’s agent—we’re a full-service investment agency with dedicated divisions for strategy, research, acquisitions, and client success. This structure ensures a clear, seamless process while allowing each division to focus independently on its area of expertise.

We purchase both residential and commercial properties, with our residential acquisitions spanning 13 different markets, each at different stages of their growth cycle. This means we can hand-pick the right market for each client, ensuring their investment aligns with their strategy and goals.

We also have a strict due diligence process, rejecting close to 98% of properties we assess, ensuring only high-quality investment opportunities make the cut.

We specialise in high-growth assets because successful property investment is about building equity quickly. This allows investors to leverage and redeploy capital to hold a higher-value portfolio for longer.

Our strategy focuses on buying in markets primed for growth, whether they are currently in a growth cycle or about to enter one. The goal is to build as much capital as possible before transitioning into higher-yielding commercial assets or consolidating debt to generate passive income.
