Overview

InvestorKit now offers clients the flexibility to upgrade from a Single Property Service to a Double Property Strategy within one week of their Strategy Session. This option allows clients to proceed with confidence while still committing to a broader investment plan.

  • Client must have signed up for the Single Property Service.
  • Upgrade must be confirmed within 7 days of their Strategy Session.
  • Client must be in a position to purchase two properties within 12 months.

Residential Repeat & Double Sign-Up Pricing Updates

Effective Date: 1 July 2025

From 1 July 2025, InvestorKit is rolling out updates to both repeat purchase pricing and the double sign-up offer for residential clients. These updates reflect our continued growth, increasing service standards, and the evolving value we provide to clients.

1. Repeat Purchase Pricing

  • New Rate (from 1 July 2025): $19,800 incl. GST
  • Transitional Rule:
    • Existing clients who sign up before 30 June 2025 can access old $15,000 incl. GST repeat rate, but only for FY25/26.
    • From FY26/27 onwards, repeat clients will pay the then-current repeat rate.

Key Point: Clients will be on different repeat rates depending on their original sign-up date. Never quote a repeat rate without confirming eligibility.


2. Double Sign-Up Offer

  • New Price (from 1 July 2025): $39,600 incl. GST upfront
  • Eligibility: Clients must be able to purchase two properties within 12 months of signing.
  • If only one property is purchased:
    • $22k is treated as payment for a single property.
    • Any later purchase follows the then-current repeat pricing (e.g. $19.8k).
