The T.E.A.C.H. model is a simple, repeatable framework designed to help leaders at InvestorKit create impactful training sessions that build real-world capability, not just awareness. The acronym stands for Target the Why, Explain the Concept, Apply thought Examples, Challenge with Practice, and finally; Highlight take-aways and next steps

Let’s break it down;
- T – Target the Why
- What problem does this solve or outcome does it enable?
- Why is it important to the business or the individual?
- How does it link to team KPIs or company values?
Clarify the reason behind the training.
- E – Explain the Concept
- Define the concept and when it’s used
- Outline key principles, rules, or steps
- Use diagrams, slides, or visuals if helpful
Break down the skill or idea in simple, structured terms.
- A – Apply Through Example
- Walk through a real or realistic scenario
- Model what good looks like (can use roleplay, screenshots, recordings)
- Ask: “What would you do here?” to involve the group
Show the skill in action.
- C – Challenge with Practice
- Run through a case study, simulated call, or written exercise
- Encourage mistakes and coach in real-time
- Pair them up for peer-to-peer practice if appropriate
