🎁 How you get paid:
Residential Agreements: 15% of total agreement value.
Commercial Agreements: 15% of total agreement value.
• You receive 50 percent of your commission when they sign up, paid in your next pay
• You receive the remaining 50 percent when they pay their second invoice, typically when their property goes unconditional
🧠 A few things to keep in mind:
1. A referred client is your client, stay close to them throughout the entire process. 2. Should the client be granted a refund for any reason ( Bad fit, change of circumstance or poor service delivery) then we will claw back the first referral payment we made to you. 3. Future repeats don’t count - Referrals are only paid on the initial agreement value.
