Process Steps
1. Client Identification
Strategists identify suitable clients during yearly catch-up calls based on:
- Demonstrated positive portfolio results
- Expressed satisfaction with InvestorKit's services
2. Request Process
Strategists should use the provided script during catch-up calls to request testimonials naturally and professionally.
3. Workflow Management
After client agreement:
- Access Attio
- Navigate to Agreements section
- Locate client and select "Run Workflow"
- Choose "VideoAsk Testimonial" option
4. Follow-up Protocol
The system automatically creates follow-up tasks after 7 days if no response is received. Clients are tracked in the "Video Testimonial Tracker" List in Attio.
5. Content Management
Videos are processed through several stages:
- Initial upload to Testimonial Drive
- Marketing team editing phase
- Final version uploaded to Edited Testimonial Drive
- James's review and approval
6. Publication
Once approved, marketing handles publication across:
- Company website
- Social media channels
7. Record Keeping
To prevent duplicate requests, completed testimonials are tagged in Attio client files.
