How do you add Related Contacts to a client record in Attio & Client Portal Workspace
Process for Adding Related Contacts:
- Go to Attio client record and find the field ‘related contacts’
- Select the client record to insert into the field. If there is not a client record for the related contact, create one.
- Be sure to make sure that both the client and related contact are linked to each other
- Once linked the related contact will be invited to the client’s Client Portal workspace for new clients
- For clients who need their partners added to their Client Portal workspace please go to Client’s Workspace, click ‘Share’ and add in the partners details starting with their email address, and click ‘Invite’.
