Overview
This document provides a high-level summary of how clients are onboarded to the Investorkit Client Portal after signing a Buyer's Agency Agreement and making their first payment. The goal is to ensure clients log in, engage with the portal, and book their strategy session.
Payment & Portal Access
Once payment is received and reconciled in Xero, the system automatically updates Attio, moving the client to Onboarding.
NOTE: payments can take up to 72 hours to reconcile
The client receives an automated portal invitation email with login instructions.
