What You Need to Do to Confidently Discuss Pricing with Clients:
- Understand the Value Make sure you fully understand the depth of our service. It’s not just about securing a property; it’s about strategy, expert market insights, and having a team dedicated to the client’s success. Each division plays a critical role in delivering this high standard.
- Highlight the Team Effort Emphasise that the pricing reflects the involvement of multiple divisions—strategy, research, acquisitions, and client success—working together to provide a comprehensive service. This is what sets us apart from standard buyer’s agents.
- Explain the Long-Term Benefit Clients need to know that our service doesn’t end at property purchase. Highlight the annual portfolio reviews, ongoing support, and long-term relationship we build with clients to help them grow their portfolio over time.
- Address the Comparison to Cheaper Services Be prepared to explain why going cheaper can cost more in the long run. Remind clients that they’re investing in a full-service agency committed to their success, and a cheaper option may result in missed opportunities, poor advice, or insufficient support.
