Read.ai is used at InvestorKit to enhance meeting productivity, transparency, and team collaboration. By providing meeting analytics, real-time transcription, and post meeting insights, Read.ai allows teams to focus on discussions and decision making - not on note taking or admin.

Current Use

Read.ai is integrated with Google Workspace and automatically joins calendar events as a notetaker. Once added, it captures meeting content, identifies action items, and provides sentiment analysis to drive better follow through and improve communication.

Setup Instructions

To enable Read.ai:

  1. Visit https://www.read.ai/google-notetaker
  1. Connect your InvestorKit Google Workspace account
  1. Allow Read.ai access to your calendar
  1. It will begin joining and analyzing your meetings automatically
No installation needed — once connected, Read.ai will work in the background unless removed.
