WhatApp for client communication is being decommissioned with the introduction of our InvestorKit Client Portal for ALL client journey interactions.
By leveraging WhatsApp Business, we maintain communication momentum within our InvestorKit Dream Team, reduce turnaround time, and support our operational rhythm without relying solely on email or phone calls.
Access and Setup
WhatsApp Business can be used on:
- Mobile devices (iOS and Android)
- Web/Desktop (via WhatsApp Web once linked to your phone)
InvestorKit devices will be set up with access to the relevant WhatsApp groups. If you require setup support or access to a specific group, please contact the Helpdesk.

Best Practices
- Use clear and professional language in all communication while maintaining our unique culture and values
- Avoid using personal devices for InvestorKit conversations unless authorised

- Do not share confidential or sensitive documents unless using a secured version or link
- Use broadcast lists appropriately — announcements should be relevant and timely
- Set status messages or auto-replies if you are unavailable during business hours
